CONFLICT OF  INTEREST

Before we can Act for you,  we need to investigate all other witnesses and  complaintants to the case.  It  may be that we have acted for another party in this case on another matter,  and have a  conflict in acting against that other party.   Once the Conflict of  Interest investigation  is  completed,  we will advise you that we can be retained to represent you.

In cases where Legal Aid is  not wanted or available,  we can provide flexible fee arrangements either on an hourly rate,  or  on a block fee for the service provided.

Disbursements,  Office Charges,  File Opening and Storage Fees, are normally in addition to the Hourly Fees or  Block Fees for a  Private retainer,  as is  GST.

The Retainer Agreement must be entered into,   before we can Act.
